Thai Massage Training with Yoga

In this training you will learn the complete session of an hour and a half of Thai massage. Pressures with forearms, hands, knees and feet. Gentle, deep stretches. harmonic transitions. How to provide the massage without getting tired and the correct mechanics of the body. Use your breath, movement and energy. You will also have yoga, pranayama and meditation classes for you, since it is essential that the therapist is in physical and emotional condition to give a massage. You will have anatomy to be able to know the body.
