Very soft classes with accessories that induce relaxation and rest. It is used as an accompaniment in illnesses, to treat severe stress, as support in situations of change, depression, etc. Also for healthy people who want a deep rest session. Relieves physical pain and relaxes the nervous system. Therapeutic yoga is indicated for injuries. In this schedule both styles are combined. Schedule Friday 5:30 p.m.
