Hello! My experience in the practice and teaching of Yoga has been more than thirty years. I am also a Swedish, Thai, vibrational and geothermal massage therapist.

The practice of Yoga teaches us to be more aware and develop balance in our lives, that's why at Edyr we take care of the environment. We use ecological products, we collect and recycle and we avoid not polluting.
